Pet Policy:

Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Breed restrictions apply.
Limit of 2 pets per home.
Pet deposit is $300 per pet.
Non-refundable pet fee is $150 per pet.
Maximum adult weight is 70 pounds.

Because some dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds or mixes: American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepard, Husky, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, or Wolf Hybrid.
